Preorder & Production Timeline
All ThreeZsMiami items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Orders placed during preorder drops require additional time for production before shipping.
Estimated timeline:

Production time: 2–3 weeks (depending on the item and order volume)

Processing time: Up to 7 business days after production is complete

Shipping time: 1–3 business days once your order ships
Some orders may ship sooner if items are already in stock or on hand.
Please note that all timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to demand, material availability, or unforeseen delays.
Order Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order includes multiple items, all items will ship together once production is complete unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ThreeZsMiami is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Incorrect Shipping Information
ThreeZsMiami is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipping Delays
ThreeZsMiami is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
