Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our behalf, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.


Chargeback Policy

By placing an order with ThreeZsMiami, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  2. To help prevent fraudulent transactions, orders may be subject to verification or additional security checks.

  3. In the event of a chargeback, ThreeZsMiami will provide documentation to the payment processor demonstrating the customer’s agreement to our policies and proof of order fulfillment.

  4. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in restrictions on future purchases at our discretion.
